Ingrid Theeresa is a Washington, DC native who spent her childhood summers in St. Augustine and Palatka, Florida with her Grandmother and Aunts feasting on their delicious Southern cooking, not realizing how fortunate she truly was until she reached her adult years. Her travels have made her love , love, love the great foods of the world, and appreciate the great cooking of her Mum, Aunt Renee, Aunt Birt and her amazing Gram Sylvia. They all make/made it look so easy!
