Molly Mednikow founded Amazon CARES in May 2004. The public health charity is based in Iquitos, Peru with a US office in Nashville, TN where Executive Director Mednikow resides when she is not in Peru.



Amazon CARES Director Annie Cook is a Veterinarian based in the United Kingdom. Like Mednikow, she divides her time between the UK and Peru, where she assists in Veterinary Volunteer trips and administration.
