Linda Albee, born Linda Ann Schmidt, was blessed to have a wonderful mother that showed her the in's and out's of the kitchen. When Marcella wasn't there Linda was also very blessed to have Ida, Rita, and Connie, her older sister's filling in with the finer things to complete the meal. The knowledge Linda learned from her mother and sisters she lovingly past on to her children.
