I am a young 71 year old great grand-mother full of Life and Enthusiasm even after I was diagnosed with lung cancer in January of 2010 and spent the year undergoing, chemo and radiation. During that terrifying year, I contempated the normal things like "What if" and funeral arrangements, etc. But during this celebrated 1 year anniversary, what I really wanted to do is to leave something of myself with each of you! Since so much of our time revolved around the kitchen. So I have put together this cookbook (with photos and handwriten recipes)
