In the early 1970's my husband, John, and I made a trip down the glacier fed Tanana River with some friends of ours, and lived to share our experience with others.

I lived in Alaska for almost 25 years and experienced many outdoor activities that are part of the frontier fabric of that wilderness state. I enjoy sharing some of my experiences with family and friends, so am choosing bookeman as a way to do so.
