Colin White is the Nephew of Allan Rene White who was a pilot in the Second World War. Born in Amherst, Nova Scotia Colin was a member of the local Militia and has always had a keen interest in World War II stories and history. For many years the White family were unaware of the circumstances of their Uncle Allan's death when his plane crashed in France and recent research by Mr. Jean Michel Martin ABSA 39/45 has uncovered his story. Colin and his entire family are grateful to finally learn how and where he died. On behalf of the White family, Colin's wife Susan made this book as a tribute to their Uncle.
