13 year old Mike Smith is introduced into alcohol,
since then he will start drinking uncontrollably. he will be an alcoholic, but he will learn his lesson and will not be able to undo what he did. he will be kicked out of his own house because he went to his house drunk. he will learn that alcohol can take everything away from you, and that it will always have consequences. when he is alone in the city, and nobody from his family wants to accept him, and not even his friends that had introduced him into what had ruined his life, he had lost all hope. Weeks would pass and he could barely survive in the city, but anyways he would still waste most of his money that he would earn on alcohol. Then a man will come to him and he will give him shelter, and then introduce him to Judaism. the 13 year old will not like the man, there will still be a struggle inside of him that will want alcohol

Samuel Ortiz was born in Alpine Tx. in 1999 and became a famous author on his very first book which was "Beer?". He has lived in many places in his short life, and to him his favorite was in Lyman Wyoming. he Lived past of his life in Wyoming, and then he had to move to presidio Texas where he had also lived most of his life. He was inspired to write "Beer?" after seeing that many of kids would start drinking from such a young age and how many had their lives gone to waste because of it.
