About Author
Kelly Hume made the choice to be a vegan over 5 years ago due to health issues. She was diagnosed with arteriosclerosis of her basilar artery (in her brain) and the doctors told her there was nothing she could do. It was serious because she was at high risk for a serious stroke. Her health issues have since significantly improved and she is making an impact on others through her story, especially her family. This book is about her 8 year old grandson who chose to be a vegan, not just for health reasons, but because he loves animals and loves the environment.
