Using creative poetry throughout my life experiences good and bad, has given me great power and peace. Writing has provided me with the tools required to understand myself on a deep and spiritual level. In this book I can share with others, so they may become inspired and empowered to face the challenges of life.

Born and raised in the National Capital of Ottawa Canada, as generations of family before me. I am a loving wife, proud mother of three grown children and a professional business woman.
My accomplishments also encompass writer of creative poetry and short stories. Writing has always been a passion of mine, a means of emotional expression of life experiences, good and bad.
Interests that hold my attention are travelling with my husband and connecting with people from all around the world and walks of life. And I have a deep passion for photography which has grown rapidly over the last few years. I love taking pictures and capturing natures beauty during long walks and adventures in the great outdoors.
