Marisa starts out as a black and white figure. When she decides to take a different path from her cousin Oscar, she begins to notice colors and objects around her. The same colors are duplicated in her hair and clothing. This is great for children learning to identify colors and objects.
Easy instructions are provided on how to make an Oscar and Marisa doll. See my other book on Marisa: "Grandma Sells a Sportscar."
This book is on Bookemon's Featured List.

I have been painting for over 20 years and have exhibited both locally and nationally. My art is colorful, whimsical and illustrative. Playing the violin had a large influence on my art. My art has been featured on the covers of music magazines and journals and recently I had a mural installed with the San Antonio Public Library System.
