Messages from the author:
I have received a number of questions about 'Like a Thief in the Night' that Id like to address. This story is based on actual events that my family encountered as we took care of my step-dad who had Alzheimer's Disease. I have also received some messages requesting that I submit this to the Alzheimer's Association for consideration to be published as a mini booklet-brochure to help others. I may consider that at a later date. I have gotten many stories from bookemon readers talking about how they have a friend or relative with the disease and I am so touched at reading these stories. I sincerely hope that this book can help someone else, or a family, or support group. By all means, I do hope that by purchasing this book, it will give my readers some guidance through a rough territory that is Alzhaimer's. From the bottom of my heart, I thank all my readers, and please keep the messages coming, I do read them all!
