After his mother leaves the country for work, and his father retired from being an engineer and a part of the military in the Vietnam War, Mark thinks life just stinks, Until he hears the news that his sister was mugged and is crushed of her dreams. Mark then vows to fight evil and crime under the name Marksman, using guns with electric bullets to fight crime!
