This is a book of self discovery, love and care based on the author's personal experiences. Originally dedicated to her daughters, she shares her knowledge and lessons learned navigating the many nuisances of life, such as mental health, spirituality and relationships. The hope is that this book will help with self-awareness and empowering others to look internally in order to live the life they desire.
