Born in California and has been a resident of Idaho for 30 years.
This is obviously my first book, but not meant to be a public reader per say. It was just a thank you for two people helped us as a family...and to recall the craziness and confusion people have buying a home. Not all buyers are professionals and they really do not know what to do. There are excellent real estate professionals out there that really know what they are doing. We were just thankful to find a good team. We have purchased before and it was a miserable endeavor. Thankfully, not this time.
