Caterina grew up in Montauk, New York. Studying education at Teachers College, Columbia University lead her to become an elementary classroom teacher and now a reading specialist in Connecticut. Touched by the classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, as a kid, she felt compelled to create a modern day character that promotes kindness and acceptance!
