Born on December 30th, 1980 in Burlington. The eldest of four boys to Timothy John Jacobs and Carla Jean Jacobs. Father of two boys, Dane Brayden Jacobs and Kade Larken Jacobs.
Ryan graduated from The University of North Carolina, Wilmington w/a BA in political science - concentration in law (2014). Graduated from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, NC w/a M.A. in international conflict management & resolution - concentration in national and international security (2015).
