Alex is a city slicker from New York City and she has it all. She's the most popular girl in school, with a cool squad, and tons of boys interested in her.
One day though, she comes home to find that she's going to spend the first semester of her junior year in high school in Averton,Wyoming with her uncle and aunt on their horse ranch with her cousin Brooke.
Alex cannot believe her ears and is determined to make everyone at the ranch miserable. But when strange and eerie things start occuring on the ranch, will she put aside her differences and help solve the mystery of Montgomery Ranch?
