So here I am. Occupied only by this colossal computer monitor staring at me from my desk. I stare back, only to see a blank piece of “electronic” paper, also known to many around the world as Microsoft Word. This is where my bio will take life…
And my life has been good to me thus far. I am blessed with great friends, supportive family and a knack for music. My musical abilities stem from my Mom’s side of the family. She used to play Beatle tunes with her sisters back in the day and she still sings and plays piano to this day. She certainly has a clear path that allows her to tap into her creative side. I, too, have that ability. And I am quite fortunate for this. For if it wasn’t for my natural ability to play an instrument I wouldn’t have a clue as to what I’d be doing right now. And I shudder to think of the possibilities. I believe that if you possess a passion for any one thing in life than by all means, you need to pursue it to the fullest. For me to take the time and think back about my journey thus far leaves me with a plethora of memories, stories, good times and bad. People, places, things. But all in all, I find myself content and still pressing forward.
Averi has become a very important part of my life. The last 2 _ years have become a journey within itself! To be able to share my experiences, dedication and passion for music with four equally involved people simply enhances my life and makes my own journey a lot more enjoyable. The chemistry found here is unlike any I’ve witnessed before. To quote Chad, “we are a motley crew”. And I believe that, but I also believe that that is one of many variables that make up this band of brothers and bonds us together. Our future is uncertain, as is anything else. But here in the present Averi possesses the potential to become a giant. The songwriting, the arrangements, the rhythmic ideas, the flowing melodies, the instrumentation, the drive, the passion, the love. All ingredients for a successful recipe. Averi is one of many stops on my journey and I plan on staying here for a while. The view is nice. And I find myself smiling a lot more. Certainly not your typical bio here but I‘m providing you with a “window with a view” of me in my personal, content state. In the future I plan on providing installments, if you will, to my bio. Ever changing and chock full of info, some useful, some not-so-useful. Some comical, some heartfelt. In any case it will evolve and take it’s own persona, so to speak. A mimic of life itself in progress. So stay “In Tune”, raccoon
