In the 2030s, The United States of America fell into chaos and anarchy after an economic collapse and rising social unrest. It has found itself under siege by a group of terrorists calling themselves the Wrecking Dawn, intending to rebel through acts of violence and mayhem.
On October 31, 2058, when chaos and murders are taking place in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department's S.C.A.R.S. team is sent to investigate. After learning that their helicopter crashed, killing six other members, four remaining survivors, David Holiday, TJ Smits, Jimmy Rayne, and Robert Easker find themselves stranded in the streets and are forced to fight for survival and eliminate threats around them.
