The owl explains that even though the child may no longer hold their lost parent, their love will live on forever with them through their memories together. The book includes a sweet, comforting story; as well as a journal pages to draw, write down memories, discuss their feelings, etc. Additionally, there are places to secure photos of the child and parent together for a special memory keepsake of their loved one.

A. Vowell is a female, combat Veteran with over 20 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army. She has never figured out what she wanted to be when she grows up; and has degrees in Public Relations, Accounting, and Psychology. Now retired from the Army, she substitute teaches while working towards becoming a certified elementary teacher. Additionally, she homeschools their two boys and dabbles in fiction writing because she just doesn't know how to retire and relax. A. Vowell resides in Arkansas with her husband and they have three incredibly talented and distinctively different children: Alyssa, Jordan, and Gunnar.
