Christina Leigh (Teensie) was born and raised in Bethel Park, Pa. She developed an interest in poetry and songwriting at age 10. Writing children’s books has always been a hidden passion and she is pleased to finally bring it to fruition.
Christina’s love for children has influenced her desire to provide parents with learning and bonding techniques to stimulate the creativity and development of their children at a young age.
Teensie is a character created from a nickname given to Christina by a family friend.
Christina gets joy out of working as a Behavioral Therapist for children under age 10. Her educational background includes graduate studies in child developmental psychology and marketing; as well as a BA degree in Journalism from Morgan State University.
