This cookbook has many of the recipes developed and tested in our kitchen lab. They have been individually taste tested (many times) and approved by at least 5 of the 6 taste testers on our team. One of our judges (Brennen) prides himself as a difficult judge. He is often the lone holdout preventing some of the dishes from receiving the coveted 6 star rating.
