Beth was raised a Quaker and attended Baltimore Friends School. When her four children were young, she spent several years worshipping in the Anglican Church and taught Sunday school utilizing the Montessori-based principals of Sofia Cavaletti's Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. She now has her first grandchild on the way as well as two wonderful step-grandsons. Beth has worked in Dropout Prevention in Sarasota County, Florida, for 12 years.
