My name is Brandi Milam. I am married to a wonderful man named Joseph, and I have five children who are my life. I was inspired to write this book about my life, by my mother Linda. She was not only my mother but my best friend. She wanted me to share with everyone this story of my life. I put writing this book off for a long, long time. My beautiful, caring, loving, wonderful mother was murdered on August 3, 2011. She was taken from us, and I am dedicating this book to you Mommy. We love you so much.
