I use Poetry to figure out my most inner thoughts. The random feelings and phrases that come to me at the most awkward times. To express the rage in my stomach when my anxiety is at an all time high! Poetry is my Drug! Its my rehab, Poetry is my therapy.
The only place where there is no right or wrong way. No judgement of character, just me, my thoughts, and my pen. Memories of what I've been through, what i am going through, and what has yet to come. The only safe space where I can be me and dare to dream. I can tell my truths with no care in the world.
Poetry is my fantasy of freedom!!!
