A book on spiritual lessons that G-d gave Yonah the prophet to bless the world with. Lessons on checking our emotions, letting G-d counsel us, forgiving our enemies and knowing that setting boundaries is needed for the unrepentant, along with learning about what G-d desires to do in the hearts of His people- to make us holier and more unconditionally loving- if we let Him! Yonah isn't expected to befriend his enemies (especially since they never apologized to him or his people for the wickedness done by their king and probably family members/ancestors too), however, he is expected to warn them, and pray for them- which is a very loving thing to safely do, from a distance. Of course, these things take time with G-d's counsel and healing love, and nobody should rush the forgiveness process- it's best to be authentically processed, the way Yonah does with G-d.
Imagine our world, if we could find this healing with G-d, our perfectly loving Heavenly Father, who cares about our wounds,..

Edessa is a modern Assyrian who loves to keep G-d's Torah, and follow and learn from her Messiah. She is finishing working toward her Master's in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. She loves to walk with people through their healing journeys, giving them time and space to be heard, seen, understood, and advocated for. Edessa knows that there are many stories where the reconciliation aspect of forgiveness could be the unsafe thing to do, so she encourages believers of G-d to study the Biblical way of handling unsafe people, and like rabbi Sha'ul of Tarsus once said, "live peaceably with everyone, 'if possible." It's not always possible to reconcile but it's possible to forgive. Edessa likes to explore these biblical and relational topics with clients, readers, and friends. Her hope is that readers may be able to find encouragement on these topics in her book. May we all find the courage to seek G-d in matters that scare us, and seem to be beyond us. May we allow our G-d to heal..
