Angela is an occupational therapist by trade and a household chef for pleasure. I began cooking at an early age with guidance from my wonderful grandmother. My mom did not enjoy to cook so I took it upon myself to make a few adventerous meals a week for the family. I was not afraid to experiment. My first job was in a gourmet cooking store at the age of 15 where I was able to learn a lot of cooking skills and get a lot of the best cooking equipment. I am putting together a cookbook of recipes that will hopefully be enjoyed by Brittany and James and many of their friends and family in the future. These recipes are all my favorites or favorites of my friends and family in order to assure you a winner everytime. I love you little Brittany!
