Growing up, I have had the pleasure of tasting some of the most delicious food cooked by my Filipino mother. I am so grateful to have parents with talent in the kitchen and such passion to create some amazing dishes. As each year has gone by since I left "the nest", I have become more and more intrigued by a variety of new flavors. I love to discover new dishes especially from exotic places.
