Linda Kowalski has a deep desire to help people accomplish healthy living through eating simple and healthy food combined with exercise. Her background in Occupational Therapy, Pharmaceutical sales and Pilates coupled with her love of food are the seeds from which this little book grew. As the new decade starts her goal and the purpose for this book is to hep prevent and reduce stress, obesity, diabetes and heart disease by simple life style changes.
