I have a B.A. in speech communications and an M.A. in the field of psychology. I enjoy organic gardening, organic design, yoga, reading, traveling and spending quality time with my family.

Over the past fifteen years I have been an interior designer and licensed contractor. I have designed hundreds of homes and businesses. My focus over the past four years has been on designing homes that are healthy and use organic and Eco-friendly products. I have published hundreds of articles and have been featured in numerous magazines for my work and dedication in helping others to create healthier homes.

My passion for healthy living started 6 years ago when my dad was diagnosed with a rare bladder cancer, he passed away in May of 2009. I dedicated all of my work to him. He fought like crazy for 5 years and he helped me to discover and uncover the chemicals that are used in the interior design business. My dad and I worked together for 12 years.
