About Me
Chef Patrick Mullins first entered the culinary world at the Hellroaring Saloon in Whitefish Montana. He then trained professionally at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Out of culinary school he entertered the workforce at the James Beard award winning Blackbird in Chicago. With a team of incredible cooks he moved to Santa Barbara, CA to open The Hungry Cat restaurant. Then following his love pizza and Ellie he moved to San Francisco CA and worked at Pizzeria Delfina. In March of 2011 he opened his own meat shop called LOCAL with his wife Ellie in New Buffalo, MI.
