I am 40 something years old. I am an Air Force veteran, married to an Air Force retiree. I was born in Trinidad, grew up in New York and am a very dedicated US Citizen. I number Richmond, Virginia as one of my Homes now. I am a nurse in a hospital in Richmond, Virgina. No children except our 2 dogs, Nala and Najie who are cute but destructive. They will eat anything. I mean anything. I have wanted to write a cookbook for a number of years and just couldn't get to it. I hope many enjoy these recipes as I have enjoyed cooking and eating them.
