As I was growing up, I learned alot from my grandfather. So I deacate this cookbook to all the great men in my life. In memory is my grandfather and my dad. In honor of my second husband. And I would like to decate to my 3 sons. A person must learn thru reading this book and enjoy some of the everyday life. There is also the history of this country revoles in the storys thru the different generations of cooking. You must pay attention in order to anaylise it as well as learn to use it in your everyday life. Its hard not too.
