Christine and Hannah Pond, mother and daughter, are two people who enjoy eating healthily. As of January 2012 they cut out gluten from their diets, wanting to drop some weight after the holidays. What they discovered was that they felt better and both of their sweet toothed had lessened. They have been at it ever since, and seek to find delicious recipes that not only are healthy but taste great!
