These are a few of the memories of Harriet's Grandma Lewis. Harriet Mary Dabill Hymer is the daughter of Cora Lewis Dabill. Cora was Mary Jane and Sam Lewis' eighth child.

Harriet was born in 1951 and lived 18 years in Minnesota before moving to Illinois in the 1970's. For approximately 20 years Mary Jane (Grandma Lewis) lived in a separate little cottage, on the George & Cora Lewis Dabill farm in Minnesota. Harriet had the honor of gowing up right next door to her Grandmother.
