Frank is a former Senator with the 29th to 31st and 33rd Guam Legislatures, and is now President of Frank Blas & Associates, Inc. and Founder & President of the Guam War Survivors Memorial Foundation, Inc. Frank is a former Homeland Security Advisor for Guam, and Papa to thirteen wonderful grandchildren and one beautiful great-grand daughter. Frank is also a licensed Business Consultant, Insurance Broker, personal development trainer, and life coach.
