Patricia Wilkerson Skillington (73) was born Aug. 31, 1931, in Arkansas. The youngest daughter of Leonard and Pal Wilkerson. She married Roy Skillington on Nov. 23, 1950.

Pat was a graduate of Berkeley High School in 1948 and went on to study fashion design and art. Her custom wedding and bridesmaid gowns were popular among St. Louis Brides.

As a talented local artist, she served as president of the St. Louis Artist Guild. She celebrated life outdoors by camping, gardening, travel and golf. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, 4 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws,6 daughters and 4 son-in-laws.
