I am a newly wed (July 2007) and a very happy wife. Life is full of many surprises and gifts, I had to learn to be open to them. I am passionate about my work, nursing, in the Psychiatric Dept.. I have an absolutely adorable Maine Coon kitten, Meeko and 3 other cats that came with my marriage. Like the cats my husband's two sons have blended well into our new family and we share a closeness I cherish. I make jam for my entire family and friends at Christmas and sometime make it to sell. Each Christmas I need over 150 jars of jam and each year I try to make two new recipes to keep things interesting. I live in upstate NY and hope when I retire (my husband already did!) that we can move somewhere warmer.
