A Recovering Chef...
I’m a former restaurant owner and chef, that can’t seem to find enough outlets (food outlets, that is) to get out all of my cooking ambition. I love to cook, eat, talk about food, refer people to good food, and now i’m going to attempt to write a bit about food.
For my day job, I am the VP of Business & Community Relations for the Salt Lake Chamber, Utah’s largest business association. I love my current job almost as much as I loved the food business. It was in fact my experience as a small business owner that landed me my first job with the Chamber back in 2003.
