Howdy! my name is shantel and i was born here on maui. i'm 21 years old and went through alot growing up and have watched what other people went through growing up that's what got me into poetry. honestly i wouldn't change anything in my life that happened to me cause' it made me the person i am today. i have written hundreds of poems and have chosen some of my most favorite poetry to put into this book.
