Sofia Jacobo is a student in Western Alamance High School in North Carolina, she is eighteen years old she has two brother, one of them is twenty two years old and the other one is four years old. Her youngest brother who is just four years old was diagnosed with autism. Seance that happen she been trying to help her family out by researching more about autism and trying to understion her brother and teaching hem staff that he will be needing in his life.
