Unlike many of the wonderful vegan authors out on the market today, I did not grow up enjoying to cook. In fact, I did everythng I could to avoid cooking. It was not until I made the decision to become vegan, that I quickly realized that what was on the market was void of taste and just not that interesting to me. I decided right then that if I were going to continue to eat a vegan diet,then I might as well learn how to cook food that was full of flavor and that would have my non vegan friends and family scratching their heads and asking the question....THAT'S VEGAN?!
