My name is Valerie Reel. Food is my passion, if you mention a recipe I can ramble on and on about different ways to change it and create a totally different meal. I grew up in a very small town and have a very large family and learned from my mother my basic knowledge in the kitchen, I helped cook with her almost every night for all six of us. I have cooked with my friends many times. I like to cook for the single soldiers that my husband works with. I am creating this cookbook along with many others to follow, I have created a blog and a Facebook page to get started.
