Soft Cover books

The production time to print a soft cover book created after March 1st, 2009 may take up to 3 business days before they can be shipped. Please factor both the production time and the shipping transit time into the delivery date you plan to receive the book.

Hard Cover books

The production time to print a hard cover book created after March 1st, 2009 may take up to 4 business days before they can be shipped. Please factor both the production time and the shipping transit time into the delivery date you plan to receive the book.

Buying Your Own or Your Bookemon Friend's Book

After you have published your book, you will be able to order your book in bookstore quality print. You can find all of your own published books under My Books on your myHome page. If you have more than 2-3 books published, click on View All to see all of your books. To purchase, simply click on the Buy button and follow the steps. If you want to purchase your Bookemon friend's book, first locate your friend's book using sort by function on the My Books page. You can sort books on this page in the following manner:

Note: only published books may be ordered. You'll see a Buy button if the item is available for purchase.

Buying Books from Bookemon Store

We have made the book buying experience at Bookemon Store informative, fun to explore and easy. You will find published books from our members at the Store section of the site. You will find Featured Books and Best Selling books there. Also, you can browse published books under various themes by clicking on one of the theme category of your interests. You can learn more about the book and its author at its book profile by clicking on the book title. Since most of the authors are unknown to you, you are free to view its content online prior to deciding to purchase it.
To order a book, click on the Buy button . This will lead you to your shopping cart. Once an item is placed in your cart, you may continue shopping or continue on to complete the purchase. When you decide to checkout, you will be taken through a process where you will enter/select a shipping address, choose the shipment method, and purchase the item using a credit card. If you encounter any problems when ordering an item from Bookemon, contact support@bookemon.com.

Receiving orders

One of the key factors for the amount of time it takes to receive an item you purchase from Bookemon is the shipping method you choose. Ordering and shipment guidelines are listed below:

• All printed books must go through a manufacturing process. Soft cover books created after March 1st, 2009 may take up to 2-3 business days after your order date before it is shipped.
• Hardcover books go through a more extensive print process, and are usually shipped within 4-5 business days after your order date if it is created after March 1st, 2009. You will receive an email from Bookemon when the item ships.

If you feel that your shipment time has been exceeded, the first thing to do is make sure you entered the correct address for the order. Any order difficulties should be reported to orders@bookemon.com.

Tracking Orders and Order History

When you make a purchase on the Bookemon site, the order will be displayed under the Track Shipment link that can be found within the Account Information section of My Account. You can also find your Order History there. Learn more about tracking your orders and order history, go to My Account within Help.
