I struggled with weight since I was about 12 or 13, it started small and I ended about 220 by senior year of high school. When I went to college I decided to lose weight the hard way and I joined the softball team and went to 165 pounds, not too shortly after I dropped out of college and had a baby. That baby brought me to a whopping 240 pounds and about a year later another baby took my weight up to a jaw dropping 270 pounds. After years of struggling and fighting my weight I decided to embrace my weight, I soon realized that I was lowering the bar and giving in. I wasn't up for that and the idea of hitting the gym had not really inspired me so I did some great and powerful research and stumbled upon a documentary that changed my life and inspired me to create this book. The tools given in this book are exactly the tools I used and desperately needed when I got started. As a now trimmer and healthier me it is my vision to see a more healthy world and I believe change begins with me.
