In general, hard cover books take longer production time than soft cover books. For any custom book products, it takes certain business days of Production Time before it can be shipped. In addition, there will be Shipping Transit Time which will depend on the shipping methods you choose when you place an order. Please check with the selected carrier for more accurate shipping time needed.Production Time
Premium Photo BookThe production time to print a premium photo book takes 5-10 business days before they can be shipped.
Trade Book (Both Color and B&W)
The production time for trade book product takes 5-15 business days before they can be shipped.
Wire-O Wall Calendar
The production time to print a Wire-O Wall Calendar takes 5-10 business days before they can be shipped.
Note: Production time would be longer due to high demands especially for hard cover books during the holiday season.
Bad weather would affect both production time and carrier's delivery time.

Buying Your Own or Other Bookemon Books
Order you own book:After you published your book, you will be able to order your book in bookstore quality print. You can find all of your own published books under myStore. To purchase, simply click on the Add to cart button Add to cart and follow the steps.
If you want to order multiple titles, the process can be like this:
Find title 1, add to cart, revise quantity if it is not 1 and click update to make the change effective;
Click continue shopping, find title 2, add to cart, revise quantity if it is not 1 and click update; repeat the same steps until you have added all needed titles and number of copies into the cart. hit checkout to follow online checkout process to select shipping address, etc.
Please Note: Our site is strictly self-serviced and your books are created by you and specifically made for you only. Bookemon does not print-proof, edit, or change your book in any way. Before you approve your book for print publication, you have the sole responsibility to carefully review your book and to correct,
- Typos, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors
- Improper alignment of text and size of the text box
- Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print
- Dark images that appear dark on screen and color contrast
- Design issues, including book format, organization, style, color, and page layout

To purchase other books at Bookemon, first locate the book you would like to purchase. If you have received an email from the author of the book, simply click on the URL link to the book in the email. You can also find the book by using our Search function on upper right corner of our web site by entering the Title of the Book into the search entry and selecting Book Titles as the search option.
Please Note: Bookemon is not responsible for the quality of the content of books in the Bookemon Store. Each book you purchase is custom printed only upon your order, therefore we do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason, except to the extent we guarantee your satisfaction with the production of our books per our Sales and Return Policy.

We have made the book buying experience at Bookemon Store informative, fun to explore and easy. You will find published books from our members at the Store section of the site. You will find Featured Books and Best Selling books there. Also, you can browse published books under various themes by clicking on one of the theme category of your interests. You can learn more about the book and its author at its book profile by clicking on the book title. Since most of the authors are unknown to you, you are free to view its content online prior to deciding to purchase it.To order a book, click on the Add to cart button Add to cart. This will lead you to your shopping cart. Once an item is placed in your cart, you may continue shopping or continue on to complete the purchase. When you decide to checkout, you will be taken through a process where you will enter/select a shipping address, choose the shipment method, and purchase the item using a credit card. Bookemon's Sales & Return Policy
Important: All Sales are Non-returnable & Non-refundableEvery book you order is custom-made and produced only upon receipt of your order online. As a result, all book orders are non-cancellable once processed without exception and books delivered to you cannot be returned for refunds for whatever reason.
If you are the book creator intending to purchase your own book, please make sure you do a thorough inspection during the Publish process to make sure you are totally satisfied with your book design, text and graphic content and the design of the book covers before approving it for print production. Bookemon provides both Print Preview as well as Print Proof files to assist you in the inspection process.
If you are purchasing a book created by others, please make sure you use Bookemon's online read function, to read/browse the entire content and covers of the book before you make your purchase.
Bookemon's Return Policy Due to Production Defects
Bookemon guarantees your satisfaction with the production of your books. However, in rare occasions, your book may arrive damaged or with production defect. In case you encountered problems with your order, please contact via email to Bookemon's support group at support@bookemon.com within 21 days of receipt of your books. Bookemon will have no obligation and will not be able to rectify any issue(s) you have with your books beyond the 21 day time period. In addition, please make sure you include the following items with your email. Identify the problems you have with your book(s) and/or book order.
Book defects and/or damages
- In the case of production defect(s), include digital photos clearly showing the defect(s) of the book(s) and book page(s)
- If shipment related damages, include digital photos clearly showing the damage to the book and a picture showing visible damages to the shipment package. Based on the information provided by you, our customer service department will investigate to ascertain the cause of the reported problems. Once the defects and damages to the books have been confirmed to be caused by Bookemon's production process and/or shipping damage incurred by the carrier, we will initiate a replacement order at no cost to you.
Shipment delivery problem
- If shipment has a tracking number, please provide details on communications you have with your local UPS office about the delivery and its lack of resolution.
- If shipment has no tracking number, please confirm that the shipping address you have entered into your order is indeed correct.
- If it is an international standard, the delivery schedule can be erratic. Please allow at least 8 weeks before reporting non-delivery of your order. When reporting delivery problem to us, please confirm that the shipping address you have entered into your order is indeed correct.
In the case of non-delivery of UPS, USPS and International Standard shipment due to confirmed problem with the carrier, Bookemon will issue a replacement order at no cost to you using the same shipment method you have chosen for your order.
- Since each book you purchase from Bookemon is custom printed, it will be buyer's responsibility if a package is returned as undeliverable for the following reasons:
a. The shipping address provided for the order is incorrect or undeliverable;
b. You used a restricted address. If you send the order to a prison, correctional facility, or other similar institution, the products and/or the carrier responsible for delivery may be subject to specific restrictions.
c. The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake.
You may consider to reorder using a corrected address if needed. Bookemon will NOT be responsible to resend due to the aforementioned reasons.
Please note that each book you order from us is individually produced by our print production partners. In some cases, there may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by our different printing partners, including, but not limited to, variations in color fidelity, photo resolution/contrast and binding. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered to be production defect and does not qualify for replacement.

Each personal bookstore comes with a unique web URL so makes it convenient for your family and friends to find your published books. Access to your private books at your bookstore is controlled by a passcode assigned by you so only those with the passcode sent by you can view and purchase your books.How to Share Your Personal Bookstore?
Once you sign in, you can always find "myStore" on navigation bar. Click it and you will be able to "set store passcode" or "reset store passcode" for your private books. To invite others to your personal bookstore, click "invite friends to store" where you can check off the box whether or not to include the passcode inside the invitation. That way, you have control over who will be able to access your private books with the passcode assigned by you.edCenter Bookstore

An edCenter bookstore is a central place where all of the edCenter published books including public or edCenter member only book are listed. Each edCenter bookstore comes with a unique web URL so as to make it convenient for parents or friends to find the published books with the founder's permission. Access to the edCenter only books at your edCenter bookstore is controlled by a passcode assigned by the edCenter founder. It means only those with the passcode sent by the founder can view and purchase the edCenter member only books.How to Set Up Your edCenter Bookstore?
When you create your edCenter, you are provided with the steps to set up your edCenter Bookstore, name, passcode and mission statement in case you want to introduce your edCenter bookstore for fundraising or rewards. You can also set up the edCenter bookstore anytime. You need to sign in and enter your edCenter, you can always find "edCenterStore" on navigation bar. Click it and you will be able to "set store passcode" or "reset store passcode" for your edCenter member only books.How to Use Your edCenter Bookstore?
To share your edCenter bookstore, you can always find "edCenterStore" on navigation bar after you enter the edCenter. Click "invite parents to store" where you can fill the email addresses where you want to send the passcode. This way, parents can buy the books created within edCenter easily without using kids' or your login information. They can buy edCenter only books anytime they want simply visiting the edCenter bookstore and find the book to buy with the passcode provided. It will eliminate your administrative work to collect money, order and distribute the books.Bookemon Tax-Exempt Orders
To comply with state tax laws, Bookemon will collect sales taxes on purchases originating from and/or for delivery in the states of California and Massachusetts. For qualifying purchases made and ordered at www.bookemon.com, we will accept tax-exempt orders. However, to meet state tax laws, you will be required to submit the specific tax exemption documents for the applicable state, where you are claiming sales tax exemption. Problems related to incorrect recipient address, erroneous delivery date and delivery problems to recipient should be reported to Bookemon's support group at support@bookemon.com as soon as possible. Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption.Gift Cards can only be redeemed on www.bookemon.com toward the purchase of products available at the site. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card.
2. Limitations.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in a Bookemon account may not be transferred.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4. Fraud.
Bookemon will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.bookemon.com.
5. Limitation of Liability.

("Bookemon") AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. 6. Disputes.
Any dispute relating in any way to bookemon Gift Cards in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Publish@Creative Author Press to have an ISBN
If you want to include an ISBN for your book, you can buy Creative Author Press (CAP) package and publish your book at Creative Author Press imprint. After you go though publish@CAP using the given CAP code, every copy of the book in print will carry an internationally recognized ISBN number and bar code on the back cover. The package is one time charge for $99.When you have a title created, you can look for Publish@CAP if you haven’t published your book; or you can look for RePublish@CAP if you have already published your book to add the ISBN into your title.
Creative Author Press (CAP) package
A Creative Author Press package costs $99 per published book and includes the following features:- A unique ISBN-13 "International Standard Book Number" and barcode assigned to the published book.
- Book title, description and author information will be submitted into the ISBN database for worldwide circulation.
- A hard copy of the book will be sent to the author upon publication.
- Book title to be listed on Amazon's catalogue, available for sale to the public.
