18 Seconds is about the years after 9/11. It's in the mind of Hadley Clifton who's father was a firefighter in 9/11. Hadley is stuck in a slump, and is just hooked on 9/11 trying to figure out all the facts. Her mother sends her to be a nanny in Boston for Kennedy Parker who has a young daughter. There's something that seems familiar about him...what is it?
