Pentok Institute is a grassroots development non-profit organization working to provide quality education for Tibetan girls in western China. Pentok was established in 2009 to respond to the enormous need of education for young Tibetan children, especially girls in the herding regions of Qinghai province, China. Since then, the organization has grown both in scope and geographic areas.
