Two Christmas stories. The first, about a family that selects their Christmas tree at El Mercado (marketplace). The second about a girl that waits up for Santa on Christmas Eve to play her violin. The music she prepares is included in the book and can be played by beginning music students reading treble clef.

I have been painting for over 20 years and have exhibited both locally and nationally. My art is colorful, whimsical and illustrative. Playing the violin had a large influence on my art. My art has been featured on the covers of music magazines and journals and recently I had a mural installed with the San Antonio Public Library System.
