Sam and Sid are twin sneakers who enjoy living in Max’s shoe store. One day a boy named Ben purchases the sneakers and brings them home much to the chagrin of Sam. Sam feels distressed and sabotages Ben’s activities with the hope of going back to the shoe shop. Then the day of the big baseball game arrives, and Sam has a major decision to make…. Will he or won’t he help Ben win the game?
